1. Go to Start
2. Click on Settings.
3. Click on Printers and Fax-machines.
4. Choose for add a printer.
5. Search the Bluetooth printer and double click on the pictogram of the Bluetooth printservice to start the wizard Add a printer.
6. Select make or add a new port to create a BlueSoleil printerport.
7. Install and connect the serial printerport in the wizard Connect Printer.
8. Select the driver for your printer in the wizard Install the printer driver.
9. Your printer is now added.
10. You can print files to the new Bluetooth printer.
11. BlueSoleil will automatically make a connection with the printer when the printerport is opened.

No, this only works with MS-Office Outlook.

1. Select a contact in Outlook Contacts.
2. Select the menu File.
3. Click on Set as my standard businesscard.
4. Select a contact, e-mail, note or agenda.
5. Click on File.
6. Now click on Send to Bluetooth device.
7. Select the device you want to send it to.

Click with the right-mousebutton on the device and choose Get Devicename. Now the device name is showed.

The EM1085 has a fast Bluetooth 2.0 connection till maximal 3Mpbs per second. Keep in mind that you cannot get this speed if the other Bluetooth device has a 1.0 connection.

Also a larger distance can influence the transferspeed. For an optimal speed you need to keep the Bluetooth device close to the EM1085.

Check if the Bluetooth function on your mobile device is enabled. Then click on bluetooth and choose search devices.

Possibly there is a conflict. Place the EM1085 in the USB port again. Now click on Bluetooth and choose search devices.

Also the distance can be too large. Place the Bluetooth receiver closer to the EM1085 and search for devices again.

Possibly Windows is not able to find the adapter. Place the EM1085 in another USB port and start the software again.
