This Eminent EM9403 Scart to SVHS / Composite Adapter allows you to connect video via phono (composite) or 4 pin mini din(s-video) and audio left and right via phono connectors into a standard scart socket.
The adapter features a direction switch so it may be used for video and audio into the adapter or video and audio from the adapter.
It is often used to connect items such as a PC or camcorder to a standard scart socket.
If using the s-video input it must be connected to an s-video compatible scart socket, most modern televisions have at least one scart socket which is s-video compatible.
