New interface for Eminent HD media players
Eminent and designer Chokemaniac work together again, this time to develop a new interface for the HD media players EM7195, EM7180 and EM7167. Eminent expects the free HD media player update to be available in May 2011.
Shortly after launching the HD media players EM7180 and EM7167 in the UK, supplier of ICT accessories Eminent announces an important update. For these Eminent HD media players as well as the upcoming EM7195 a completely new interface will be available in May 2011. The menu screens will undergo a sparkling metamorphosis, as Eminent brings the graphical design and user convenience to the next level.
After a successful cooperation back in 2009, this is the second time that Chokemaniac is the brain behind the Eminent interface. This designer is well-known for the Project Mayhem skin designs for XBMC media center software for Linux Mac OS X, Windows and Xbox. Eminent worked together with Chokemaniac once before, for the HD media player
EM7075. This resulted into a clear and attractive interface that was much appreciated.
The
EM7195,
EM7180 and
EM7167 are the three newest Eminent HD media players. Each of them plays movies in full HD on TV, offering different features. The Eminent EM7180 hdMEDIA RT2 is the successor to the popular and multiple award-winning EM7080 hdMEDIA RT.
Eminent will soon give a preview of the new interface on Facebook (
www.Facebook.com/EminentEurope). Everyone who has an EM7195, EM7180 or EM7167 can easily upgrade their Eminent HD media player. A free download is expected to be available on the Eminent site in May 2011 (
