Popular Eminent HD media player and media hard drive EM7080 hdMEDIA RT now available in the UK Supplier of ICT accessories Eminent launches the HD media player and media hard drive EM7080 into the UK market. The Eminent HD media player plays full HD movies from a hard drive on TV.
After the successful introduction in The Netherlands, the Eminent HD media player and media hard drive EM7080 is now available in the UK. The so-called hdMEDIA RT turns the living room into a movie theatre as it plays full HD movies on TV. High image quality and crystal clear sound ensure a complete movie experience.
The EM7080 is a media hard drive, playing movies from an internal hard disk. As a result, the EM7080 works as a
central storage solution for all multimedia files. Once stored on the EM7080, files are easily accessible any time.
The Eminent HD media player supports many different movie files. Thanks to the next generation Realtek chipset the EM7080 plays
HD movie files, such as MKV (Matroska) and H.264. It also plays music and photos. The number of supported files continuously increases, because Eminent releases product updates on a regular basis.
Connect the HD media player to the home network to discover even more functionality. The Eminent HD media player EM7080 has access to all files on PCs and laptops in the home network. Also several web services are available, such as an RSS reader. Eminent has developed the
wireless USB adapter EM4576 to connect the HD media player to a wireless network.
